SFOUG Sponsorship

Overview and Benefits

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring us! The South Florida Oracle Users Group (SFOUG) with over 1,200 members in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties is staffed by volunteers and is funded via sponsorships and donations. We encourage corporate sponsorship in order to support our group activities. Proceeds from sponsorship are used for the following:

  • Meeting room rental
  • AV equipment rental
  • Snacks and drinks
  • Organizational costs (stationary, transportation, etc)
  • Special speakers honorariums when we invite them instead of the other way around

We are an active community of Oracle professionals:

  • 30-80 members attend the meetings
  • 800+ members subscribe to the mailing list
  • 3,200+ visits to the web site each month

Following are the details of our sponsorship program:

Meeting Sponsorship

$850 per meeting. Sponsor benefits include:

  • Corporate logo with hyperlink on SFOUG's web site (all pages - one quarter)
  • Corporate logo with hyperlink on SFOUG's web site (event detail page)
  • Corporate logo with hyperlink on email announcements
  • Permission to display "Sponsored By" sign (not to exceed 11" x 17") at registration desk
  • Placement of corporate and product literature at registration desk or on seats
  • Introduction and recognition of sponsor by meeting coordinator
  • Sponsor representative is invited to give a brief speech introducing company and product
